  • Product condition: must be in perfect condition, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase: required for all returns.

  • Non-returnable items: personalized products, consumables, digital products, or items on sale.


How to Request a Return

  3. Ship the product back according to instructions. (Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a store error.)

  4. Wait for your refund or exchange to be processed.


Exchanges

  • To exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, follow the same return procedure.

  • Any price differences or additional shipping costs will be communicated before the exchange.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Partial refunds may apply for items that are damaged or not in their original condition.


International Returns

  • We accept returns from international customers.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs duties or taxes, unless the return is due to a store error.
